Some of the side effects of Zithromax include stomach aches that may be accompanied by diarrhea, vomiting or nausea. You should inform your doctor if any of these conditions get worse or persists. Some more serious side effects of taking Zithromax that require your doctors immediate attention include changes in your vision such as it becoming blurry, any hearing impairment such as a decrease in your hearing, any muscle weakness, if you start to develop difficulty eating or swallowing and/or any symptoms that may indicate problems with the liver such as yellowing of the skin and eyes, unusual tiredness or persistent vomiting. You may get to develop diarrhea mostly associated by the overgrowth of a bacteria known as clostridium difficile when you use Zithromax.
